After reading the INN article, I found the professor's twitter account and tried the link to the Facebook post in the tweet below. The link sent me to a page with the message, "Sorry, this content isn't available at the moment

Rabbi Avitan says that this Shabbat we take out three Sifrei Torah and it is an auspicious time.
