I put a comment on the website about the good midos campaign which wasn't published (maybe because of my bad typing or phone swyping errors). Maybe it wasn't good midos to write it but the Rebbe made Tzivos Hashem for all Jewish children, not just those in Chabad schools. He made it for those in other Jewish schools, Jewish children in public or non-Jewish schools,richma litzlan, children too young to go to school, etc. Maybe the Rebbe would want Tzivos Hashem to pay attention to those children too, even if they have no or little connection to Chabad.
