My husband has worked for a very well known company for the last 6 years. He was very upset this morning because what he calls "corporate" upstairs has changed the bonus structure yet again. His team is the only team that made bonuses this last year because of the difficulty and high expectations. Now they have doubled the requirements for my husbands team and none of the others. As soon as I heard this it reminded me of Lavan and how many times he changed Jacobs pay. And yes, my husband is the only kippah wearing, shomer Shabbos Jew in the entire business.
