The Month of Elul
Below is a whatsapp message I received today.
Some have the custom of reciting 10 Chapters of Tehillim daily during the month of Elul, so that the entire Sefer Tehillim is finished twice (150 x 2 =300) before Rosh Hashanah. (from Hakhel.info)
