  1. Rabbi Yaakov Ariel is absolutely right about this watering down of Jewish laws and customs. Even though the prohibition of kitniyot is custom which has become law over the centuries for the Ashkenazim, but is not actual law from the Torah, so trying to alter it, will only create another stepping stone to the watering down of Jewish law, in general. We see this as part of the new wave of thinking which is really the undermining of Judaism. When Moshiach comes, he will sort everything out - not before.

  2. Well maybe the Mashiach will waterdown the rabbinical nonsense that has twisted the Torah into something Moshe would never recognise. Wake up Jew!!

  3. Shiloh - suspect you are the same one who has constantly commented against the rabbis and you have been admonished by many who read your comments. We all suspect that you are a Karite or even a non-Jew. Both the Written and Oral Laws were given at Har Sinai. You cannot pick and choose as you deem correct. The Torah is Divine!
