A nine-year-old girl was killed and another girl was injured when a rocket hit their house in Egypt's restive Sinai peninsula, an official said Tuesday.

If it were Israel, the article would have read, "Israel deliberately targeted nine-year-old girl in what a UN official called a war crime."
