Celebrities, politicians and classmates have joined the family of inspirational teenager Stephen Sutton in an outpouring of grief after the youngster lost his fight for life today.
Stephen, 19, succumbed to bowel cancer in the early hours of this morning, three days after being readmitted to hospital.
