The WashingtonPost has an article titled What Americans thought of Jewish refugees on the eve of World War II.

Two-thirds of Americans polled by Gallup’s American Institute of Public Opinion in January 1939 — well after the events of Kristallnacht — said they would not take in 10,000 German Jewish refugee children.

Love how the bozos talk about Jewish refugees in WWII when the Jews were the object of the vicious Nazi regime which made it clear about their wanting to exterminate the Jewish people, which they did exterminate over 6 million Jews, plus millions of others. There is no comparison. Here we have the opposite - refugees coming in that want to be the exterminators. First comes the safety of a country's citizens; just shows you how perverted the world has become.
