Rabbi Wallerstein delivers an excellent lecture relating to the parsha in a video titled Parashat Tazria: You Can!
He really drives his points home with vivid illustrations and anecdotes about refraining from speaking lashon hora, adopting a "yes, I can" attitude and focusing on the positive that Hashem has bestowed upon us.
It is one thing to talk about refraining from speaking badly about someone, but when one hears that the Chofetz Chaim had all of his teeth at the end of his life because he guarded his mouth so Hashem guarded the tzaddik's mouth, one is more inclined to take the prohibition seriously.
